1. The new foreign-invested industrial enterprises (accord with the industry and development orientation) in Jiashan Economic Development Zone (include other town industrial zones), whose registered capital is over 5 million USD or over 2 million USD (only for those who rent workshops, but not include affiliated enterprises), can enjoy the following encouragements: 1. At most 10% of the actually paid in registered capital (converted into RMB) will be given to the enterprise within two years (50% per year) since the enterprise begin to pay the value-added tax, but the encouragement can not exceed the 50% of the local part of that year’s VAT or other taxes that the enterprise paid that year. 2. At most 10% of the actually paid in registered capital (converted into RMB) will be given to the enterprise within three years (30%, 30%, 40%) since the enterprise begin to pay the income tax, but the encouragement can not exceed 50% of the local part of that year’s income tax.

3. The industrial enterprises who invests in technology upgrading project with an equipment investment of over 4 million yuan (it will be 2 million yuan for those who were listed in small-sized key developing enterprises) and the project is listed in the permitted category of state industry policy or the investment of equipment is over 2 million yuan (it will be 1 million yuan for those who were listed in small-sized key developing enterprises) while the project is listed in the encouraged category, then the enterprise can get an one-time reward of 3% or 4% of the equipment investment after the completion of the project. If the project doesn’t use new land, the reward will be 1% higher. The maximum is 1.5 million yuan for each project.
4. For industrial enterprise who newly set-up machinery equipment manufacture projects as large and advanced basic machinery and whole machine complete-set technology and equipment with the fixed-assets investment of over 10 million yuan (excluding the land cost) will have a one-time reward of 6% of the equipment investment after the completion of the project. The maximum is 1.5 million yuan for each project.
5. Those who built workshops that the level is three or more (exclude the renting between affiliated enterprises) in town industrial zones and the area is over 20,000m² can enjoy a one-time reward of 30 yuan per square meter. The maximum is 0.8 million yuan for each.

Incentives for resource-saving
1. If enterprise invests in the projects in the category of state resource comprehensive utilization, develops and uses new energy and develops energy-saving products, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 6% of the equipment investment. The maximum reward is 1.5 million yuan for one project.
2. If the enterprise carries out the energy-saving technology that the government encouraged such as the saving of power, water, coal, steam, oil, etc and invests in over 500,000 yuan of equipment, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 6% of the equipment investment after the completion of the project. The maximum is 1 million yuan for one project. If the project is listed in the key energy-saving projects and the equipment investment is over 5 million yuan, the reward will be 1% higher. The maximum is 1.5 million yuan for each.
3. The enterprise that did well in energy-saving and consumption-reducing and also wan the name of model energy-saving enterprise will get a one-time reward of 20,000 yuan.
4. The enterprises that listed in the state-level and province-level pilot enterprises of recycle economy will get a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan and100,000 yuan respectively.
5. The enterprise that carried out cleaner production and also got the approval will be given a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan. The enterprise wan the name of provincial-level green enterprise will be given another 50,000 yuan of reward.
6. If the enterprise invests in the COG desulphurization to the 20-ton boiler or over and also the desulfurization rate is over 75% or 85%, the enterprise will get a one-time reward of 5% or 8% of the actual investment. The maximum is 500,000 yuan for one project.
7. If the enterprise begins to use clean energy or to use centralized steam heat-supply system and stopped using coal boiler at the same year, it will get a one-time reward of 10,000 yuan per ton according to the tonnage of the boiler.

9. If the enterprise invests in online monitoring, online inspecting and online surveillance equipments for wastewater-discharging, it will get a one-time reward of 50% of the equipment-investment.

Incentives for enterprise independence innovation
1. If approved as enterprise technology center or medium or small enterprise technology service center, it can a reward of 500,000 yuan for state-level and 200,000 yuan for province-level respectively. If approved as industry technology center or region innovation service center, the reward will be 1 million yuan for state-level and 400,000 yuan for province-level respectively.
2. For the new approved state-level new products and provincial-level new products, the reward is 100,000 yuan, and 30,000 yuan respectively.
3. If the new product’s production rate is over 50% and the sales is over 10 million yuan, 50 million yuan or 100 million yuan, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan and 150,000 yuan respectively.
4. If the enterprise obtains Well-known Trade Mark, China Well-known Product, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 0.5 million yuan. If the enterprise obtains Provincial-level Well-known Trade Mark, Provincial-level Well-known Product, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 250,000 yuan. If the enterprise obtains State-level Quality-check Free Product, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 300,000 million yuan. If the enterprise obtains National Quality Management Award or Zhejiang Province Quality Management Award, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively. It the enterprise obtains the name of Old Chinese Trademarks, it will get a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan. Those association and organization who obtains the National Protected Geographic Indication certification trademark or Collective Mark, the reward is 300,000 yuan. The reward will be 100,000 yuan for those who got the Zhejiang trademark and brand base.
5. If the enterprise undertakes the organizing the National Specialized Standards Technical Committees, branch or the working group, it will get an encouragement of 500,000 RMB, 300,000 RMB and 200,000 RMB respectively. If the enterprise undertakes to make or revise the international standard, state standard, industry standard or provincial-level standard, it can enjoy the encouragement of 300,000 RMB, 200,000 RMB and 100,000 RMB respectively after the standard is issued. If the enterprise takes part in the making or revising the standard, it can enjoy the encouragement of 80,000 RMB, 50,000 RMB and 30,000 RMB respectively.

Incentives for enterprise becoming large and strong
1. If the leading-role industrial enterprises’ sales reach to 3 billion yuan, 2 billion yuan, 1 billion yuan and 500 million yuan respectively, it can enjoy a one-time reward of 1 million yuan, 500,000 RMB, 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively. One enterprise only can enjoy once.
2. There will be one first prize, three second prize and six third prize for those scale-enterprises who ranks the top ten on evaluation of taking new-type industrialized road. The reward for those prizes is 200,000 yuan, 150,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively.
3. There will be one first prize, three second prizes and six third prizes for those key growing-up small-sized enterprises that pass the examinations in the end of that year. For those prizes the reward is 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively.
4. If the enterprise is reorganized as a limited company and the documents have been accepted by China Securities Regulatory Commission, it will be given a one-time reward of 300,000 yuan. When the enterprise begins its public offerings and uses its direct financing on the production-enlargement or re-investment, it will be given a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan.
5. If the headquarter is set up in Jiashan by the group and its fixed assets investment is over 100 million yuan, a one-time reward of 300,000 yuan will be given to the core enterprise.
6. Those enterprises who pass the examination of state-level or province-level safety production standard will get a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan or 50,000 yuan respectively.
7. The project of against technique trade barriers approved by province departments will get a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan.

Incentives for enterprise exploiting international market
1. For hi-tech products (listed in the China Hi-tech Product Export List) and pure agriculture products, if the enterprise exports 500,000 USD more than the base of last year, it will be given an reward of 0.05 yuan per dollar for the increment. If there is no export last year, the base is 70% of the export of this year. If last year’s export is not a whole year exporting, it will be converted to a whole year exporting. The encouragement should not exceed either the VAT that the enterprise paid that year or the local part of the income tax’s increment than last year.
2. For the top ten export enterprises, whose export increases than last year, the reward is 100,000 yuan for one enterprise.
3. Within one year after got the approval certificate from Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation department if the enterprise set up offices, operating company and manufacture enterprise, it will be given a one-time reward of 20,000 yuan, 40,000 yuan and 60,000 yuan respectively.
4. To those who were listed in ‘Zhejiang Province Export Famous Brand’, the reward is 100,000 yuan for one brand. To those who were listed in ‘Ministry of Commerce Export Famous Brand’ the reward is 200,000 yuan for one brand. If the enterprise registered trade marks abroad and exported 1 million USD there, it will get a subsidy of 50,000 yuan for each trade mark.
5. The enterprise that organized by government to attend the trade fairs abroad will be given a support of 25,000 yuan per time. If the enterprise attend other trade fairs and also recorded and confirmed by county Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau and Service Sector Office, it will be given a support of 15,000 yuan per time. If the enterprise that organized by government to attend trade fairs in China and also recorded and confirmed by county Economic & Trade Bureau and Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau or Service Sector Office, it will be given a subsidy of one standard stand (not include stands of Chinese Export Commodities Fair, East China Trade Fair or other assigned stands) per time.
6. To those enterprises who actively take part in the responding of anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard will be given the subsidy of 25% of the actually paid lawyer fee after the approval by the county Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau. The maximum subsidy is 300,000 yuan.
7. If the exporting enterprise insures export credit Insurance, it will get a subsidy of 30% of the actual annual premium.
